We are searching for a candidate to support the work of MBExC at the Göttingen Campus Computing Centre (Gesellschaft für Wissenschaftliche Datenverarbeitung Göttingen e.V., GWDG). At the GWDG, your main task will be to set up an MBExC relevant high performance computing infrastructure for interactive and batch data analysis tasks and to provide further computational support. At MBExC, the candidate will work together with data science and data management experts to implement solutions for the data analysis problems of the life scientists within the cluster. These solutions will mainly be implemented using GWDG resources.
