Deine Aufgaben
In unseren Projekten geht es um folgendes:

Shopify Themes
Wir entwickeln im Auftrag unserer Kunden individuelle Storefronts (bei Shopify auch Themes genannt) für deren Onlineshops. In den meisten Fällen sind das noch serverseitig gerenderte Templates, die mit der Shopify Template Sprache Liquid und natürlich HTML, CSS und Javascript implementiert werden.

Headless E-Commerce Architektur
Ein neuer Trend im E-Commerce sind Shops deren Frontend aus einer Single-Page Application besteht. Hierzu setzen wir React und Next.js ein. Es wäre schön wenn du in dem Bereich bereits Erfahrung hast, das ist aber kein must-have.

Shopify Apps (Plugins)
Erweiterungen für Shopify werden als Shopify Apps bezeichnet. Das sind Plugins um das System um neue Funktionen zu erweitern. Wir entwickeln diese im Backend mit Ruby on Rails und React im Frontend. Das sind sowohl unsere eigenen Shopify Apps, als auch Plugins für andere Software Anbieter und für Händler.

Our projects are about the following:

Shopify Themes
On behalf of our customers, we develop individual storefronts (also called themes in Shopify) for their online stores. In most cases, these are server-side rendered templates that are implemented with the Shopify template language Liquid and of course HTML, CSS and Javascript.

Headless e-commerce architecture
A new trend in e-commerce is stores whose front end consists of a single-page application. We use React and Next.js for this. It would be nice if you already have experience in this area, but this is not a must-have.

Shopify apps (plugins)
Extensions for Shopify are called Shopify Apps. These are plugins to add new functions to the system. We develop them in the backend with Ruby on Rails and React in the frontend. These are our own Shopify apps as well as plugins for other software providers and for merchants.

Was Du mitbringen solltest:
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Javascript
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CSS
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HTML
  • Gutes Englisch
  • Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten

Nice to have:
  • Erfahrung mit React / Next.js
  • Erfahrung mit GraphQL APIs
  • Erfahrung mit Liquid (Shopify Template Sprache)
  • Kenntnisse in Shopify
  • Gutes Deutsch
